Management Press was established in 2003 as a publishing entity focused on finding, commissioning and producing contemporary works in the field of Australasian leadership and management. It has an explicit philosophy of producing material that is easy to read and reflective of current practices in business, government and industry.

The editorial team is led by Carolyn Barker AM, former journalist and published author, Vivienne Anthon, a well known educationalist, consultant and published author, Dana Kennedy, a content management expert and media producer.

Our positioning statement is "boutique publishing and broadcasting titles in leadership and management", because it is our vision to be at the leading edge of boutique publishing and production of broadcast titles.
