Ken Parry is Professor of Leadership and Director of the Centre for Leadership Studies at Bond University, and the former Professor of Management at Griffith University. Before specialising in executive development and leadership research in Australia and New Zealand, he held senior management positions in the manufacturing sector. Ken's research interests lie in leadership, organisational change, chief executive derailment and social processes in organisations.
